Welcome to the Mary Carroll High School Class of 1978 Website
OUR REUNION WAS A BLAST!!!. Thanks to all of you who made the weekend such a success AND memorable. We heard great comments about Bottomless Pit Barbecue and the location could not have been more perfect. Walking over to the game and sitting together Friday night was especially fun. We noticed that it was hard to concentrate on the game when so much catching up with friends was needed. We're glad we reserved Brewster's Ice House because most of you PLUS others who could not make the barbecue showed up.
We hoped you all enjoyed Saturday night as well. The Ortiz center was a perfect location especially for those of you who have not seen all the progress at the Port of Corpus Christi. We hope you had a chance to glance over at Whataburger Field too where the CC Hooks play baseball. We cannot tell you how many times we heard this: "Let's not wait 10 years to do this again". No worries. We're already talking about having informal beach parties from time to time!!!
NOTE: If you ordered a photo directory from Parr Photography, please allow some time for delivery. If you did not attend the reunion and would like to order a photo booklet from Parr, please contact them at (361) 980-0991. Cost of the photo directory is $20 and it will have some great weekend photos plus portraits of classmates/spouses who attended the reunion . Also, if you did not attend reunion and would like to order a class directory which includes addresses and bios of some of our classmates, send $5.00 to Alma Irr, 5322 Yarwell Dr., Houston, Texas 77096 and a directory will be mailed to you within a few weeks.
